Turquoise Water at Havelock Island

The water off Havelock Island is a color we didn't know existed outside of a filter. Radhanagar Beach lived up entirely to its reputation, and snorkeling at Elephant Beach turned up coral gardens and a reef shark that sent us paddling back a little faster than we'd planned.

We spent an evening on the jetty watching fishing boats come in, the whole sky doing something spectacular with orange and pink, and decided this was probably the best beach either of us had ever seen.
